- Centella asiatica extract (standardized to triterpenes)
Centella asiatica, commonly known as Gotu Kola, is revered as a "brain tonic" in Ayurvedic medicine. Unlike stimulating nootropics, Gotu Kola is mildly sedating. It promotes neuroplasticity and memory consolidation while simultaneously modulating GABAergic activity to reduce anxiety. Additionally, its triterpene compounds (like asiaticoside) are clinically proven to enhance venous microcirculation, improving blood flow to the brain and skin.
